Dune: Part Two

“Dune: Part Two” continues the story from where “Dune: Part One” (2021) left off, covering roughly the second half of the novel. The film will follow Paul Atreides as he joins the Fremen, the native people of the desert planet Arrakis, and works to bring to fruition his father’s vision of a peaceful future. Paul will also seek to avenge the downfall of his noble family by leading a rebellion against the corrupt Padishah Emperor and his allies, the noble House Harkonnen.

The ensemble cast includes Timothée Chalamet as Paul Atreides, Zendaya as Chani, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Javier Bardem as Stilgar, and Josh Brolin as Gurney Halleck, among others. Denis Villeneuve returns to direct the sequel.
